Can I order individual spare parts like a side panel or frame profile?

Accepted Answer

You can inquire about spare parts, including side panels and frame profiles, using our spare parts form.
To prepare an offer, we need the respective 5-digit part number from your assembly instructions along with the required number of pieces, in written form. After receiving your inquiry, we will provide you with a non-binding offer.
Please note: For transport reasons, an order of frame parts (tubes) can only be shipped with a minimum purchase of 4 pieces.

What happens after I've made an order?

Accepted Answer

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with all the details of your order. As soon as your purchased goods are dispatched, you'll receive a message with a link to track the shipment. For larger items, that are delivered by a forwarding agent, we will inform you when the goods are handed over to our partner. They will then contact you to arrange an appointment for the delivery.
